2. Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items are excluded from our return guarantee:

• Personalized Items: Products customized to your specific requirements cannot be returned, except in cases where they are found to be defective.
• Health and Hygiene Items: Certain items, such as earplugs, toothbrushes, and similar products, cannot be returned due to health and hygiene considerations, unless they are damaged or faulty.
• Perishable Items: Perishable goods, like food or flowers, are not eligible for return.

3. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 30days of receiving your order without providing any reason.
